2. What is the difference between 952 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel and Copper Material?

In order to provide a vast amount of luxurious but affordable products, we offer different quality of base materials to suit your needs. Sterling Sliver having to be the most expensive compared to Copper which is the least. Our 952 Sterling Silver is of the highest quality.

Sterling silver is the standard for beautiful highquality silver jewelry. It’s over 90% pure silver, mixed with alloys to add strength and durability. And it won’t wear down, as silver plating can.

Stainless steel contains iron, chromium, manganese, silicon, carbon and, in many cases, significant amounts of nickel and molybdenum. Due to its strong aura and hypoallergenic feature of stainless steel, it is extremely safe to wear as jewelry.

Copper is an essential mineral found in plant life and in the human body and it is also a metal alloy with a reddish-orange color. Green stains maybe appear on the skin which is caused by copper oxidation when in contact with water and sweat glands. Therefore, if you sweat profusely when working out, avoid wearing your copper jewelry

3. I have allergies. Is it okay to wear Peridot Jewelries?

If you have severe allergies or are allergic to common metals, then we recommend that you reach out to our customer support team at info@peridotpalace.com! Be sure to include your desired products as well as the metals that you are allergic to! We would be more than happy to help you. In addition, try to choose sterling silver over other materials.

4. Are the stones real diamonds?

All of our jewelry is manufactured using the best quality Cubic Zirconia stones which imitates the shine of real diamonds and/or crystals.

5. Will this jewelry turn my skin green?

Not if you buy our Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel sets. Jewelry that turns your finger green is made of Copper.

Please carefully look at the product description before buying if not looking into buying copper jewelry.

6. How can I maintain my Peridot Jewelry?

7. What if I don’t like my jewelry after receive it?

Don’t worry about it. We promise an easy 7-day return policy. If you don’t like the jewelry after you receive the package, just return it unused and in its original packaging. Upon acceptance of your return, the refund will be issued to your original account.

8. Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?

You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself if the custom and tax regulators in your country decide to tax you for certain item. Please check your customs regulations before making a purchase. Please note: We are not reliable for any charges after the shipment leaves the country of origin.

9. My credit card was declined, but I’m still showing a pending charge.

Your bank or credit card is showing a pending charge for one or several declined transactions.

Don’t worry, you are NEVER really charged for declined orders. If a debit card or credit card is used to make a payment, and the purchase was not accepted for any reason (failed AVS or CCV verification), please be aware that most banks will hold the “authorized” funds (counting against your balance until the authorization clears) even if your order was rejected by our security measures. Such authorizations are merely “pending” charges, and funds will not be transferred because the charge attempt failed our security measures.

Peridot Palace does not have the capability to release the bank’s temporary hold on authorized funds. Since we do not have the capability to release the bank’s temporary hold, we can not be responsible for the policies of the customer’s banking institution regarding the holding of authorized funds. Please note that authorization fund holds may last for 2-3 days or even serveral days, depending on your Bank.

In most cases, you don’t need to do anything, but monitor your funds and watch the pending charges drop off of your statement within a few business days. If you’d like to take additional action, you may contact your issuing credit card company or bank in order to determine their policy for releasing these pending authorizations.
